In this guide, we’ll look at how to edit vehicles and decals within the “Parkers and Units” tab. Doing this will allow you to properly describe parkers’ / residents’ vehicles.
To begin, access the site at which you want to edit a vehicle through the Dashboard or the “Territories and Sites” tab from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Once you’ve reached your desired site, select the “Parkers and Units” tab from the site menu off to the left, then, select the “Vehicles and Decals” tab.
From here, you’ll see information on all of the registered vehicles in your site, as well as the owner of each vehicle. From this tab, you can edit a parker’s registered vehicles by pressing the license plate number associated with the vehicle profile.
Doing this will bring up a form with the vehicle’s information, allowing you to edit things like the license plate number, make and model, etc. Once the form appears, change any of the information that needs to be updated. The notes section at the bottom of the form should be used to describe decals on vehicles, and an adjustable colour slider is built into the form to help with this. Once you’ve finished editing the vehicle’s details, press “Submit” and you’ll see the updated vehicle listed among other registered vehicles at that site.
If you want to add a new vehicle to a previously registered parker from this tab instead of editing an existing vehicle, then press the name of the parker you would like to add the vehicle under.
Once you’ve opened the parker’s profile, press the “Vehicles” tab, then “Add Vehicles” which will prompt you to fill out the same form as seen earlier in this guide, allowing you to register a new vehicle under a parker’s profile. Note that you will only be able to register as many vehicles as the maximum number of allowed vehicles you’ve set under a parker’s profile.
