Note: Standard "desktop" rolls (80mm diameter) are too large and will not fit this handheld device.

3. Troubleshooting & Bluetooth Connectivity
The SPP-R310 can switch between iOS Mode (Apple devices) and Standard Mode (Android/Windows).
How to Switch Bluetooth Modes
Open the paper cover.
Press and hold the Power and Feed buttons for 2 seconds.
After the beep, close the cover.
The printer will print "iOS mode enable" or "iOS mode disable."
Reboot the printer to apply changes.
Common Problems & Solutions
Printing Blank: The roll is likely backward. Ensure the thermal side faces the print head.
Red LED Blinking: This typically indicates the paper is out or the print head has overheated.
