In this guide, we’ll look at how to book a parking space on your Smart Parking app. Doing this on mobile is easy and allows you to book in advance without even being present at the lot.
To start, open your Smart Parking app, and navigate to the site you want to park at either by using the search bar, or by finding it on the map and clicking on it. Doing this will bring up a list of all the lots at this site. Choose the lot you want to park at by clicking on the lot in question to progress to the next page.
Once you’ve chosen your lot, you’ll have a short form to fill out with your vehicle’s information.
If you have a vehicle registered on your account, you’ll be able to select the vehicle from a dropdown list by clicking “Choose a vehicle.” Otherwise, you’ll have to enter your plate’s number and state/province. Then, choose how long you want to park for by setting a start and end time for your pass.
If you’ve chosen a paid lot, you will also be asked to enter your payment information on this page. Like with the vehicles, if you've added a payment method in the past or during account registration, you'll be able to select it when creating your pass. After this, click “Review and Book” to finalize your pass.
Once you see the “Success” screen displaying your pass’ details, you’ll know your pass has been created.
