In this guide, we’ll look at how to change your password using the Smart Parking Enforcement app.
To start, open your Smart Parking Enforcement app, then, click on the “Profile” button.
From the “Profile” page, select “Change Password” from the list options,
This will pull up a short form you’ll need to fill out in order to finalize changing your password. First, you’ll be asked to enter your current password - the one you would like to change. This is a security measure to stop anyone from gaining access to your account and locking you out of it. Then, you’ll be asked to enter your new password twice in order to avoid creating a password with spelling errors or mistypes. Make sure you’ve typed out your new password correctly.
Once you’ve entered and confirmed your new password, press the blue “Change Password” button to finish resetting your password.
