Changing Your Account's Email Address on the Web

In this guide, we’ll walk through how to change the email associated with your Smart Parking account. Having an accurate email address linked to your account is extremely important. Property managers or enforcement teams may send you alerts through your email, and some receipts get sent there as well, so it’s always good to make sure your information is up-to-date. Note: while this guide takes you through the following steps using a computer, the process is the same on a mobile device.

To start, use the menu on the left of your screen to select the “Profile” tab, then, choose the “Change Email” option from the bottom of the dropdown menu. 

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be prompted to enter the new email you would like to link to your account. This email must be unique and not already in use by another account. Once you’ve chosen your new email address, press the blue “Update” button to confirm the change. 

Once you’ve updated your email address, our system will send you the steps needed to activate your account VIA your new email. Keep an eye on your inbox for this activation message, and once you’ve completed it, your new email address will have successfully been registered to your Smart Parking account!
