In this guide, we’ll look at how to change the email address associated with your Smart Parking Enforcement account on the mobile app.
To begin, open your Smart Parking Enforcement app and click on the “Profile” tab.
From here, select “Change Email” from the list of profile options.
Doing this will prompt you to enter the new email address you want to connect your account to. Your current email address will already be filled out for you by the system. Make sure that the email address you enter is correct and the email you want to use. Your email address is used to log you in to your account, send notifications, and more, so it's important that this information is up to date and accurate.
Once you’re finished, click on the blue “Change Email” button at the bottom of the form to finalize your changes.
