In this guide, we’ll detail how to change your Smart Parking account’s password using the mobile app.
To begin, from the Smart Parking app’s dashboard, click on the “My Profile” button found in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then, select the “Change Password” tab.
Doing this will bring up a form required to change your password. First, you’ll need to enter your current password - the one you want to change. This is to stop anyone who doesn’t know your account’s password from locking you out of your account.
Next, enter your new password twice (we recommend creating a strong password with upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters), and make sure you’ve spelled everything correctly. You can use the eye icon to the right of any of the fields to see your password as you type it.
Once you’ve completed these steps, press the “Change Password” button to finalize the process.
You’ll know your password has been changed when you get a green notification at the bottom of your screen stating that your password was successfully updated.
