In this guide, we’ll go over how to change your Smart Parking password. Note: while this guide takes you through the following steps using a computer, the process is the same on a mobile device.

To begin, use the menu on the left side of your screen to select the “Profile” tab. From the dropdown menu, click on “Change Password.”

This will bring up a form you’ll need to fill out in order to change your password. To complete the form, you’ll have to enter your current password in the field underneath your email address, then, enter your new password in the top right field and confirm it by typing it a second time. Make sure you enter the correct password before pressing “Update.” 

You’ll know your changes have been saved if a “Success” screen appears, indicating that your new password has been submitted successfully. Press “Ok” to close this screen and continue using the Smart Parking website with your newly updated password.
