Deleting a Parking Pass on Your Smart Parking App

In this guide, we’ll go over how to delete a parking pass you’ve activated using your Smart Parking app. Whether you’ve changed your mind or booked at the wrong location, releasing a pass is simple. 

To begin, navigate to the “My Passes” tab from your app’s dashboard at the bottom of your screen. 

The “My Passes” page displays every pass you currently have active. To delete one of your passes, click the red “Release” button. 

Doing this will bring up a confirmation screen. If you’ve made a mistake, press “Cancel.” If you do want to delete your pass, however, then press on “Release Pass.” 

Deleting a pass is permanent and cannot be undone, so make sure you’re making the right decision. If you want to add time to your parking pass instead, choose “Add Time” instead of “Release Pass,” or consult the guide on extending a parking pass.
