In this guide, we’ll look at how to release/delete a pass from your account if you no longer need it.
Note: this guide will walk you through the following steps on a computer, but the process is the same on a mobile device.
To start, navigate to the “Visitor Passes” page using either the circular button with the same name on the dashboard or through the menu on the left side of your screen. Alternatively, you can look at your active visitor passes right from the dashboard and search through them to find the one you would like to add time to, then click “Release.”
If you used either of the “Visitor Passes” buttons, you’ll see a list of all of the passes you’ve booked previously. To delete a pass, use the three-dot action menu to the right of the specific active pass you want to get rid of, then click on “Release Pass.”
After this, a confirmation message will appear. Deleting a pass is permanent and irreversible - even paid ones - so make sure you’re releasing the correct pass before clicking “Confirm
After releasing your pass, you’ll know the change went through if you see a “Success” screen stating that your pass has officially been released.
