In this guide, we’ll go over how to install and start using your Smart Parking App. Downloading the Smart Parking app makes it easy to book a space at lots on the go and allows you to access your Smart Parking profile from anywhere!

To begin, navigate to the app store and search “Smart Parking Apps” and press the download button to the right of the app in the image below. Make sure you’re downloading the app with the green “P” icon, as many apps have similar names to Smart Parking

Once you’ve installed and opened the Smart Parking app, you’ll be greeted with the startup screen. If you already have a Smart Parking account, just enter your information and login. If you instead want to create a new account, click “Register.”

Once you’ve done this, you’ll be prompted to enter the email and password you wish to use for your account. You will use both of these to login to your Smart Parking account, so make sure you note these down somewhere so you don’t forget them.

Once you’ve entered your new login information, click “Register.” Doing so will send a code to the email address you entered which you will need to input in the “Confirmation Code” field to finalize your account’s registration. When searching for your confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it in your inbox. If you still can’t find it, you can resend the email by clicking the text that says, “Press here to resend.”

Once you’ve entered your confirmation code, press “Confirm Account,” then follow the setup steps on the following screen. This will allow you to register your vehicle, add your personal information, and more. These don’t have to be completed immediately, and you can finish them at a later date. Once you’ve done through or skipped past the initial setup steps, press the green “Finish” button on the last page. 

Pressing “Finish” will finalize your account creation and bring you to the Smart Parking app’s map screen where you’ll be ready to use every feature of the app with your brand-new account!
