In this guide, we’ll look at how to change the personal details of your account in the Smart Parking Enforcement app.

 To begin, open your Smart Parking Enforcement app and click on the “Profile” tab. 

From here, select the “Edit Profile” option from the list of options. 

From this page, you’ll be able to edit your first and last name, as well as your phone number. Your name is displayed when issuing citations, attached to e-chalk sessions you upload, and more, so making sure this information is accurate will help your fellow enforcement officers and property managers keep track of what actions you take throughout the day.

Once you’ve finished entering your personal information, press the blue “Update Profile” button to finalize your changes and save them to your Smart Parking Enforcement account.
