In this guide, we’ll show you how to extend your parking pass using the Smart Parking website. Note: this guide walks you through the steps on a computer, but the process is the same on a mobile device.
To begin, navigate to the “Visitor Passes” page using either the circular button with the same name on the dashboard or through the menu on the left side of your screen. Alternatively, you can look at your active visitor passes right from the dashboard and search through them to find the one you would like to add time to, then click “Extend.”
If you used the “Visitor Passes” button, you’ll see a list of all of your previous passes, both active and inactive. To add time to one of your passes, use the three-dot menu button to the right of the specific active pass you want to edit, then use the “Extend Pass” button.
This will bring up the details of your parking pass, and allow you to change when your pass expires. You can do this by using the dropdown menus labeled minutes, hours, and days. If you’re extending your pass at a paid lot, you’ll also need to select a payment method to pay for the increased price.
Once you’re finished, press “Extend Pass” to finalize your request. You’ll know that the extension was successful if you receive a pop-up screen thanking you for registering.
