In this guide, we’ll look at how to manually issue a day pass to a parker on the Smart Parking Enforcement app.
To start, open your Smart Parking Enforcement app and select the “Audit” tab.
This will bring up a list of all the vehicles registered at your current site. To change your site, use the icon in the very top right corner of the screen to access every site you’ve been assigned. Once you’ve selected the correct site, click on the “Plus” icon to open a dropdown menu of options, then, select the “tag” icon to issue a permit.
From here, you’ll be prompted to fill out a form for the parker you want to issue a pass for. You’ll first need to select the lot at which you want to issue the pass. Then, you’ll be asked to enter the guest’s email address, plate number, state/province, and the unit the guest is visiting.
Then, you’ll have to choose the end time for the day pass. The start time is always filled out automatically and starts right away - this cannot be changed.
Once you’ve finished filling out the form, press the blue “Get Pass” icon at the bottom of the screen to finalize the pass.
