Issuing and Managing Monthly Passes

In this guide, we’ll go over how to manually issue and edit monthly parking passes in your sites. Monthly passes may primarily be used for tenants who need recurring parking in residential areas, or employee parking.

To create a monthly pass, navigate to the site within which you want to issue the pass from the Dashboard menu, or the “Territories and Sites” button on the left-hand side of the screen.

When on your desired site, go to the “Monthly Parking” tab, then, click on the “Passes” button to view a list of your existing passes. If nothing shows up here, then you haven’t yet issued a monthly pass.

From the “Passes” tab, select either “Mass Upload” or “Add Pass” in the top right corner. Mass upload lets you import a spreadsheet file which will auto-generate monthly passes for every parker you’ve entered into the spreadsheet. There is a template attached to the form that you can download to help you format things properly, as well as a written guide. For this manual, I’ll select the “Add Pass” feature, and go over how to manually issue a monthly pass.

Pressing “Add Pass” will bring up a form for you to fill out with the parker’s information. Assign the parker a lot, set an expiry date for the pass, and enter their information, as well as determine whether or not to allow the pass to auto-renew. Turning the auto-renewal on will automatically renew the pass and charge the parker by the beginning of each month, whereas not enabling this option will make this a one-time pass.

Once you’ve finished filling out this form, press submit to complete the pass and you’ll see it show up in your list of existing monthly passes.

To edit an existing pass, click on either the vehicle’s plate, the parker, or the three-dot action menu to edit, add, or remove vehicles registered on the pass, the parker’s information, or access admin functions on a monthly pass respectively.
