This guide will help you create the infractions that can be issued by your enforcement personel as part of the citation issuing process. NOTE that these can only be set by Territory Managers role levels and above.

First, using the left side menu, navigate to the citations tab and select ''Manage Citations'' from the dropdown

From the top menu now, navigate over to Territory Violations

This will now show you a list of violations that are available to choose when creating citations. To create a new one, select the ''+New Territory Infraction'' button on the top right.

A form will appear and you will need to add the information, as well as select the territory in which this can be applied. Once you submit it will be added to the list and will be available for your enforcement personel at the citation creation.

To modify or remove an existing violation, use the action bar on the right side in your list and choose the desired action.
