Managing Payment Methods on the Web

In this guide, we’ll look at how to add and edit payment methods on the Smart Parking website. Note: while this guide will walk you through the following steps on a computer, the process is the same when using a mobile device. 

To start, use the menu on the left side of your screen and click on “My Profile” then “Payment Methods.” 

If you’ve previously registered any payment methods to your account, they’ll be displayed in a list on this page. If not, it will be empty. To add a new payment method, use the blue “Add a Payment Method” button near the top of your screen.

This will prompt you to fill out a form with the information of the card you would like to add to your account. You’ll need to fill in the card number, expiry date, CVV, and your postal code. Once you’ve finished filling in this information, click on “Add Payment Method.”

From here, your card should show up on the payment methods page. On this page, you can either set a payment method as your default meaning its information will automatically be filled in whenever you’re prompted to pay for parking, or you can delete a payment method from your account. Deleting a payment method is permanent and irreversible, so make sure before confirming this decision.
