In this guide, we’ll go over the waiting list for your monthly parking lots. The waiting list will compile parkers who’ve applied for monthly passes in lots that have no available spaces, and allow you to accept or decline pending applications for passes as spaces become available.
To begin, navigate to the site whose waiting list you want to manage from the Dashboard, or the “Territories and Sites” tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Once you’ve reached the site you wish to manage, go to the “Monthly Parking” tab, then, select the “Waiting List” button which will show you a list of all previous parkers who’ve applied to the waiting list.
From the waiting list tab, select the blue “Add Parker” button in the top right corner which will prompt you to fill out a short form with information about the parker.
Once the form comes up, first select which lot’s waiting list you want to place the parker on. Note that this dropdown menu will only display lots with no available spaces to avoid waiting lists being created for lots with room to accommodate more parkers. After you’ve selected a lot, complete the rest of the required information to finalize the parker’s registration on the waiting list. Once you’ve finished the form, press submit.
If you want to manage the application status of a parker on the waiting list instead of creating a new entry, use the blue pencil action button to open the application - alternatively, you can use the red trash can button to delete the application.
From this page, you can change the number of spots the parker is applying for, the start month of the pass, and the approval status of the application. Once an application is approved, the parker will receive an email notification of their acceptance and, if applicable, prompt them to pay. Once you’ve finished this form, press “Update” to finalize your changes.
