1) Follow the link on the Smart Parking sign to reach the correct login portal (you can also scan the QR code to get there)

2) Login to your account — If you do not have a Smart Parking Apps account, you will need to create one by hitting ''Create Account''

3) Select ''Get Visitor Pass'' and enter the LOT ID which is written on the sign

4) Follow the steps on screen until you have obtained your pass

5) Registering at some locations may require a passcode; If you are visiting a resident/tenant you can ask them to provide this passcode
