In this guide, we’ll look at how to register a vehicle to your Smart Parking account. Registering a vehicle helps save you time by allowing you to skip entering your car’s information by choosing it from a dropdown menu when booking a lot.
To begin, navigate to the “My Profile” tab from the menu at the bottom of your screen, then, select “My Vehicles.”
The “My Vehicles” tab will display all of the vehicles you’ve previously registered, if any. To add a new vehicle to your account, use the “Add a new vehicle” or + buttons on this screen.
Using either of these buttons will prompt you to fill out a short form with basic information about your vehicle. Make sure to enter these fields accurately, then once you’re finished, use the “Add Vehicle” button to finalize registration. This will take you back to the “My Vehicles” tab, where your new vehicle will be listed.
If you want to manage an existing vehicle instead of creating a new one, from the “My Vehicles” tab, click on the vehicle you want to manage and use the “Edit” “Remove” or “Set as Default” buttons.
Editing a vehicle will bring up the form seen earlier in this guide and let you edit any of the fields, removing a vehicle will delete it off your profile permanently, and setting a vehicle as your default will automatically use its information when booking a lot, saving you time when parking.
