In this guide, we’ll look at how to submit an enforcement request at a site using the Smart Parking web portal. Enforcement requests are sent to a site’s enforcement team so you can alert them of people who are parked illegally. Note: this guide walks you through the steps on a computer, but the process is the same on a mobile device.
To start, from the dashboard, click the circular “Enforcement Request” button at the top of the screen to bring up a form.
This form will first ask you which site you’re submitting an enforcement request at. Be sure to choose the correct site to ensure that the right enforcement team sees your request, and don’t intentionally send fake enforcement requests to various sites. These requests are attached to your profile and could result in the deactivation of your account.
Once you’ve selected your site, use the “Request” text box to detail exactly what it is you’re trying to report. This will give the enforcement team an idea of what to look for when responding to the request.
Once you’re done with your request, click “Submit” to finalize and send your request to the enforcement team.
