Your Smart Parking app allows you to submit requests for enforcement at certain cites. Whether someone is parked in your designated space, or you see someone clearly parked illegally, you can assist enforcement teams by sending an enforcement request.
To start, go to the “My Profile” tab from the menu at the bottom of your screen, then click on “Enforcement Request.”
Doing this will bring up a form asking you about your request. Click on the “Parking Site” button and select the site at which the issue you’re reporting occured from either the dropdown menu, or search for the site using the search bar.
Once you’ve done this, use the “Request” text box to detail what exactly it is you’re reporting. For example, you might be issuing a request because someone is parked in your parking space, or maybe you see a vehicle taking up multiple parking spaces. This is the spot to tell the site’s enforcement team what the issue is.
To finalize your request, press “Submit Request” to send it to your enforcement team.
You’ll know that your enforcement request has been submitted successfully when you see a green notification at the bottom of your screen.
