In this guide, we’ll go over how to edit your personal information in the Smart Parking app. Entering your personal information on the app will fill in those details whenever applicable like when booking a pass.

To begin, from the Smart Parking app’s dashboard, click on the “My Profile” button found in the menu at the bottom of the screen, then, select the “Edit Profile” tab.

The “Edit Profile” page will bring up a form allowing you to set a username for your account, your first and last name, as well as update your phone number. 

To save and upload your change, click on “Save Profile.” Alternatively, you can opt to delete your profile entirely by pressing “Delete Profile.” This move is irreversible and cannot be undone. 

You will know your changes have been saved if you see your first and last name appear below your email address on the “My Profile” page.
