In this guide, we’ll go over how to set and update your personal information using the Smart Parking website. Having your personal information filled out in advance cuts down on time by automatically entering it where appropriate, like when booking a lot. Note: while this guide will walk you through the following steps using a computer, the steps are the same as when using a mobile device.

Start by using the menu on the left side of your screen and clicking on “My Profile” then “My Information.” 

From here, you’ll see a few different fields: your email address, first and last name, and phone number. Your email address should be filled in automatically with the one you used when signing up for a Smart Parking account. 

Complete the vacant fields, then once you’re finished, press the “Update” button to submit your changes.

You’ll know your changes were successful if you get a notification at the top of your screen indicating that your new information has been updated.
