In this guide, we’ll go over how to use the “Advanced Search” feature in Smart Parking. The advanced search is extremely useful for tracking down specific customers/parkers to be able to edit anything about them extremely quickly. 

To begin, click on “Management” from the menu on the left side of the screen, then from the dropdown list, choose “Advanced Search” 

This will bring up six different fields you can enter information in to locate a user. You may choose to fill in any number of these fields, but your result will likely be narrower and more accurate if you fill in multiple. To search for your desired user, enter their information in the related field(s), then press search.

Your results will appear below the search button with any users who match the search criteria you entered, along with an overview of their account. You can click on the user’s name or the vehicle icon to view and edit their profile and registered vehicles, as well as any other information in the dropdown list to get a more in-depth view.
