VIP visitors is a feature in Smart Parking that lets you add a plate that will not need to abide by the lot rules, for a designated period of time. The most common use for VIP visitors is to let contractors park without any issues. Please use the guide to assign this status to a vehicle.

First, navigate to the site where the vehicle will be a VIP

The, while Visitors Parking is selected, use the top menu to navigate to the VIP Vehicles Tab

You will now see a list of all vehicles that are assigned as VIP, to edit or remove a vehicle, use the actions on the right side. If you wish to add a new vehicle to this list select the ''Add Vehicle'' button on the top right. Fill out the form and make sure to add notes describing why this vehicle should have VIP status — this information is visible by your parking enforcement if they are using a Smart Parking enabled system.
